End of Tenancy Cleaning in Gloucestershire

Prepare your rental property for its next chapter

Moving home already brings enough decisions. DigiCleen end of tenancy cleaning helps tenants, landlords and letting agents organise a structured clean before a property is handed over or occupied again.

The service is designed around an agreed checklist, property condition and any relevant checkout requirements you share. We explain the included work before booking so you can plan the clean around moving, inspections and key return.

Who this service is for

Tenants can use the service to prepare a property for checkout. Landlords and agents can arrange cleaning between occupancies. We can also discuss move-in cleaning where an empty property needs attention before belongings arrive.

Please provide the inventory or cleaning requirements you want us to consider. An agent’s checklist may include work outside a standard clean, so it must be reviewed rather than assumed.

What an agreed end of tenancy clean can cover

Kitchen cleaning

Accessible worktops, splashbacks, sinks, taps, cupboard fronts and agreed appliance surfaces. Empty cupboard interiors, oven interiors and other appliance interiors must be expressly included in the quotation.

Bathroom cleaning

Toilets, basins, baths, showers and appropriate washable surfaces, with attention to accessible residue and build-up. Permanent staining, damaged sealant and maintenance defects may remain.

Bedrooms and living spaces

Accessible dusting, agreed skirting boards and doors, reachable internal glazing where quoted, vacuuming and suitable hard-floor cleaning.

Optional requirements

Let us know about carpets, upholstery, balconies, garages, external windows or waste removal. These are not automatically included. We will confirm what we can undertake and what needs a separate service.

Prepare the property before we arrive

For the most effective clean, remove personal possessions and rubbish, empty booked cupboards and appliances, and ensure water and electricity are available. Fridges and freezers booked for internal cleaning must be prepared as instructed; defrosting takes time and should be planned beforehand.

Schedule the clean after removals and building work where possible. If people continue using the property afterwards, new marks or dirt may appear before checkout.

Clear pricing and deposits

Your quote reflects the property size, bathrooms, condition, appliance requirements, access and agreed extras. Larger jobs may require a deposit, which will be shown before you confirm and deducted from the final balance.

We will not add cleaning tasks or increase the price without agreement. If the property differs materially from the booking description, we discuss the available options before proceeding. See Pricing and Terms and Conditions.

Handover checks and the Quality Guarantee

You or an authorised representative can review and sign the completed checklist. If you are absent, we send it remotely and apply the disclosed approval and payment process.

Report a specific missed agreed task promptly so we can review it and arrange appropriate corrective action. Our Quality Guarantee explains the 24-hour reporting process without limiting statutory rights.

FAQs

End of tenancy cleaning questions

Will cleaning guarantee my tenancy deposit is returned?

No. Deposit decisions can involve rent, damage, inventory differences and other matters outside cleaning. We do not promise a landlord or agent will return a deposit.

Can my letting agent sign the checklist?

Yes, if you authorise them and they are available. Tell us their details and inspection arrangements before the appointment.

Can you clean after renovations?

Yes, subject to assessment. Use After Builders Cleaning where construction dust or residues are involved.
