Cleaning prices depend on what needs doing, how long it is likely to take and what resources the job requires. DigiCleen’s pricing process is designed to show the scope, extras and payment arrangement before you confirm.

How each service is priced
Domestic Cleaning
Routine Domestic Cleaning considers the agreed time, rooms, frequency and extras. A regular schedule may need a different initial visit if the property requires substantial work before maintenance cleaning can begin.
Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning depends on property size, bathrooms, build-up and the detail work included. The quote must distinguish ordinary surfaces from appliance interiors and other additional tasks.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
End of Tenancy Cleaning considers rooms, bathrooms, condition, appliances and agreed checkout requirements. Carpet extraction, waste removal and external areas are not automatically included.
Airbnb and Holiday Let Cleaning
Holiday Let Cleaning considers property size, beds, bathrooms, reset tasks and turnaround requirements. Linen changes, laundry processing and consumable purchases must be priced separately where relevant.
Commercial Cleaning
Commercial Cleaning depends on the premises, task frequency, washrooms, occupancy, access and staffing requirements. A site assessment may be needed before we can provide a meaningful quote.
After Builders Cleaning
After Builders Cleaning requires information about the work completed, dust, finishes and site readiness. Construction waste removal and hazardous-material treatment are not part of an ordinary cleaning price.
What can change the total?
Price factors include the service postcode, property size, condition, frequency, extras, parking or access requirements and any agreed materials or equipment.
Any minimum charge or travel adjustment must appear before confirmation. VAT, where applicable, is shown in the customer-facing total. A calculator estimate is not represented as a fixed quotation until the relevant details have been checked.
We do not promise a fixed duration or result based only on bedroom count when the condition or scope requires further assessment.
Deposits and the final balance
Where a deposit applies, you see the amount before booking and it is credited against the agreed total. Larger or individually quoted jobs may have different deposit requirements from routine visits.
We do not apply an unpublished universal deposit percentage. Your booking summary is the place to check the amount, due date and cancellation treatment.
The outstanding balance is collected after checklist approval or the disclosed 24-hour review window if no issue is reported, under your prior payment authorisation. A reported issue pauses automatic collection for review.

Extras and changes during a visit
Ask about additional tasks before the appointment so enough time can be reserved. If extra work is identified on site, we explain the proposed scope and cost before charging it.
You do not need to accept an unexpected extra without explanation. Equally, adding substantial tasks may require a longer visit or a separate appointment.
How to compare cleaning quotes fairly
Check whether quotations include the same rooms, appliances, products, equipment, taxes and corrective-work arrangements. A lower headline price may cover less work or exclude the time your property actually needs.
