Deep Cleaning in Gloucestershire

A thorough clean when your home needs extra attention

Some cleaning jobs need more time than a routine visit allows. DigiCleen deep cleaning is designed for accessible areas with accumulated dust, grease, soap residue and everyday build-up. It is a practical option for a seasonal reset, preparing for visitors or bringing a property back to a maintainable standard.

Tell us about the property and the areas that need attention. We will confirm a realistic scope and explain which tasks are included, which are optional and whether the condition needs an individual quotation.

How deep cleaning differs from regular cleaning

Domestic Cleaning focuses on maintaining a home through repeat visits. A deep clean gives extra attention to agreed detail work and areas where build-up takes longer to address.

Deep cleaning does not automatically include every item in the property. Inside appliances, cupboard interiors and specialist treatments must be listed in the agreed quote. Clear scope helps us allocate enough time and helps you compare quotations accurately.

Areas we can include in your checklist

Kitchens

Agreed work may include degreasing accessible worktops and cupboard fronts, cleaning sinks and taps, wiping splashbacks and cleaning accessible appliance exteriors. Tell us in advance if you need an oven interior, fridge interior or empty cupboard interiors included.

Bathrooms

We can focus on toilets, showers, baths, basins, taps and suitable washable surfaces. We assess limescale and residue carefully because aged fittings, damaged seals and permanent staining may not respond to ordinary cleaning.

Living areas and bedrooms

Tasks may include detailed accessible dusting, skirting boards, reachable ledges, door surfaces, switches, vacuuming and appropriate floor cleaning. Moving heavy furniture or handling fragile possessions is not assumed.

What deep cleaning cannot fix

Cleaning is different from repairing or restoring a surface. Worn grout, scratched flooring, corrosion, damaged paint and embedded stains may remain visible after cleaning.

Suspected asbestos, hazardous mould, sewage, sharps, pest contamination and other specialist risks need assessment and may require a different provider. Please disclose anything that could affect the safety of the visit.

If building work has recently finished, our After Builders Cleaning page explains a more suitable approach to construction dust and site readiness.

How your deep clean is priced

We consider property size, bathrooms, condition, access, agreed extras and the time and resources needed. Describing the job accurately helps prevent an unsuitable booking.

The homepage calculator can provide guidance for supported jobs. A larger or unusually demanding clean may need photographs or an assessment before a final price is confirmed. Any additional work must be agreed before it is charged. Read Pricing for details.

Before and after the visit

Clear surfaces where possible, empty any appliances or cupboards booked for internal cleaning, and arrange water, electricity and safe access. Tell us about sensitive materials so the appropriate approach can be agreed.

When cleaning is finished, review the checklist with the cleaner. If you cannot attend, use the remote review process. A reported issue pauses automatic balance collection for administrator review under our Quality Guarantee.

FAQs

Deep cleaning questions

Does a deep clean include carpet extraction?

Only if specifically quoted. Vacuuming and professional carpet extraction are different services.

Can I book regular cleaning afterwards?

Yes. Once the property has had its initial clean, we can discuss a suitable domestic cleaning routine.

Is deep cleaning suitable when moving out?

It may be, but End of Tenancy Cleaning is the better starting point when the property is empty and a handover checklist is needed.
