Commercial Cleaning in Gloucestershire

Cleaning organised around your premises and working day

A workplace cleaning arrangement should be clear enough for everyone to understand: which areas are cleaned, how often, who provides access and how issues are reported.

DigiCleen commercial cleaning supports businesses and organisations seeking a practical, accountable cleaning service in Gloucestershire. We discuss the premises and operating requirements before recommending a schedule or quotation.

Offices and shared workplaces

Office cleaning can cover desks where agreed, reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, toilets, circulation areas and suitable floors.

We agree how staff should leave workspaces, what the cleaner may move and which rooms or equipment are restricted. Confidential paperwork, computers and specialist equipment need clear handling instructions. Cleaning does not include document sorting or accessing your systems.

Schools and education settings

School and nursery enquiries need additional planning around access, safeguarding arrangements, site rules and term-time schedules.

Before accepting a booking, we confirm the role requirements, staffing suitability and any checks or training needed. We do not assume that one type of DBS check is appropriate for every role. Cleaning should be scheduled and supervised in line with the setting’s agreed arrangements.

Tell us about classrooms, washrooms, staff areas, dining spaces and any restrictions on products or equipment.

Other commercial premises

We can assess communal areas and other suitable business premises. Specialist clinical, industrial or hazardous cleaning is not included in a standard commercial quote and must be assessed separately.

If your premises are being refurbished, see After Builders Cleaning. For an occasional detailed reset, ask about Deep Cleaning.

What goes into your cleaning plan

A useful specification records:

We also discuss floor types, occupancy, washroom use and any site-specific risks. This helps avoid an unrealistic quotation based on floor area alone.

  • The rooms and areas included.
  • Tasks and frequencies for each area.
  • Working hours and permitted access.
  • Product, equipment and storage responsibilities.
  • Waste arrangements and restricted materials.
  • Named contacts and escalation procedures.
  • Inspection, checklist and approval arrangements.

Quotations and commercial terms

Commercial work may require a site assessment rather than an instant calculator price. We consider labour time, visit frequency, washrooms, access, consumables and any agreed extras.

Your written quotation states the scope, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any deposit. Recurring invoice arrangements are available only when expressly agreed; they are not automatically included in an online booking. Read Pricing and Terms and Conditions.

Completion checks and issue reporting

Nominate a site representative who can review the checklist or receive it remotely. For the standard payment workflow, approval triggers collection of the agreed balance; where no issue is reported, the disclosed review window applies. A separately agreed business contract may use a different invoice schedule.

Specific concerns should identify the location and agreed task so they can be investigated efficiently. See our Quality Guarantee.
