Our approach to accountability
Agree the work before the visit
Your booking should identify the rooms, tasks, extras and important exclusions. If the condition or requirements differ from the original description, we discuss the options before additional work is charged.
Plan around real availability
Appointments depend on the service, postcode and capacity needed. A request for a particular date is not confirmed until you receive the relevant booking confirmation.
Review the completed checklist
Customers or authorised representatives can review the work and sign the checklist at completion. Remote review is available where immediate attendance is not practical.
Deal with concerns clearly
Our Quality Guarantee explains how to report an issue, what information helps and how corrective work is considered. Customer silence is not presented as proof of satisfaction.

We welcome enquiries from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Cirencester and surrounding communities. We also assess enquiries from places such as Quedgeley, Churchdown, Brockworth, Bishops Cleeve and the wider Cotswolds.
Coverage is confirmed by postcode and service. Listing an area does not promise immediate availability or imply that DigiCleen has an office there.
Insurance and care for your property
DigiCleen has insurance in place. If your premises or contract requires evidence of cover, contact us before booking so the applicable policy details and suitability can be checked. Insurance does not replace careful working practices or mean that every type of loss is covered.
Respect for your property and information
Tell us about access arrangements, pets, delicate finishes and any restrictions before the visit. We use the information needed to organise and carry out the agreed work.
Payment details are entered through the payment provider’s secure collection process. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored in DigiCleen’s WordPress booking records. Our Privacy Notice explains the handling of booking information and cleaner applications.
